I know these are supposed to be mugs for giant hot drinks but I use these for soup or cereal. I love to walk around while I am eating and the handle is just perfect for doing that. I also prefer ceramic to plastic because I think it affects the taste of food. Mine arrived through the mail from amazon in perfect condition.

I ordered two sets of these mugs so I could put together Christmas Gifts for my co-workers. I stuffed each mug with mints, and lindt truffles, as well as some gift cards. These mugs are a great size, a nice style, and i just know they will be used over and over. They are microwave and dishwasher safe which is really a must in the office where you reheat the same coffee all day it seems! The one downside was these were not packaged very well and one of the mugs in my set arrived with the handle snapped off. :-(
